Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, please email us at supportkingchess@protonmail.com, and our team will assist you.
