Cancellations

  • Order Adjustment Window: You may modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. This allows us to process and ship orders efficiently.

  • How to Request: To request a modification or cancellation, please contact our support team at supportkingchess@protonmail.com. Kindly provide your order number and all relevant details to ensure prompt and accurate handling.

  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, we kindly ask you to receive the package as scheduled and then follow our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance.


Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any product that is defective or damaged during shipping. Please notify us immediately, and we will provide the return address and arrange either a replacement or refund, according to your preference.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of defective or damaged products).

  • Refunds will not be issued if:

    • The order does not arrive due to factors within the customer’s control (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided).

    • The refund request is submitted outside the allowed timeframe. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after the maximum delivery window (44 days) has expired.
