How do I place my order?

Placing an order with KING CHESS is simple:

  1. Add your chosen timepiece(s) to the shopping cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout via our website (Shopify Payments) or PayPal.

  3. Click the Checkout button (or PayPal if you prefer).

  4. Enter your email, name, and shipping address.

  5. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the Discount field and click Apply.

  6. Continue to Shipping Method and confirm your delivery address.

  7. Proceed to Payment Method.

  8. Enter your payment details.

  9. Click Complete Order.


What if items are missing or incorrect when I receive my order?

In the rare event of missing or incorrect items, please contact us at supportkingchess@protonmail.com. Provide your order number and proof (photo under 1MB). We will promptly reship the correct item at no additional cost. You may keep any incorrectly sent item as a courtesy gift.


How do I know my order has been successfully submitted?

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and order details.


Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes. You may request modifications until 11:00 PM (+1 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please email supportkingchess@protonmail.com with your request.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Order Adjustment Window: Orders may be modified or canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

  • Process: Contact us immediately at supportkingchess@protonmail.com with your order number.

  • Shipped Orders: If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. You may instead request a return or exchange once the item is delivered.
